Thank you to George, Jim and Jane Watson for offering to host and organize this year’s Potluck.
Turkey and ham will be provided, along with potatoes and turnip.
Attendees are asked to bring salads, sides and desserts.
Coffee, tea, punch, water and juices will be available.
SPECIAL NOTES FOR THIS YEAR’S POTLUCK
This year we must follow the rules enforced by the: Grey Bruce Health Unit. As a service club we qualify for exemption from the Ontario Food Premises Regulation, but are not exempt from the Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA).
Special events may still be inspected by a public health inspector under the HPPA to ensure no health hazards exist.
We must keep a list of all foods donated to the event, including the name, address and phone number of the donor(s).
This is important so a public health inspector can review it for any potentially Hazardous foods in the case of an outbreak.
There will be a sign in sheet, please be sure to use it.
